Concerts in the Plaza
Free music in the plaza until the light goes. Bring something to sit on, because the benches are gone by noon.

Mill Valley Film Festival 49
Eleven days, two towns, and the week the whole county reorganizes itself around a screening schedule. Opens with Wild Horse Nine, with a Sam Rockwell tribute on the second night.
- Tuesday, October 65:30 – 7:30pm
First Tuesday Artwalk
Galleries and shops stay open, local artists show, and everybody walks the same four blocks. Happens the first Tuesday of every month.
- Friday, October 94 – 7pm
The Great Closet Cleanout
Bring the bag that has been by the door for six months. Everything usable gets redistributed locally.
- Saturday, October 104 – 7pm
Mill Valley Western Beer & Wine Festival
Boots, a brass band and most of the neighborhood in one place. The most reliably fun evening on the fall calendar.
- Tuesday, November 35:30 – 7:30pm
First Tuesday Artwalk
Same walk, colder hands. Worth a hot bone broth on the way through.

Winterfest and the tree lighting
Gingerbread houses, carols and the tree going on outside. The Chamber posts the date in the fall.
